About

Description

Lately, digital dentistry has attracted attention from clinicians, and with this wave of change, the dental industry is focusing more on achieving simple and precise implant surgery using digital technology.

Surgical Precision
The most important aspect of guided surgery is performing the procedure with maximum precision by minimizing the error range. To advance this goal, the Simple Kit and Full Kit have been developed, offering improved positioning accuracy and ease of use. The Simple Kit is optimized for clinicians who need to achieve accurate depth and position in a narrow ridge during guided surgery. The Full Kit is designed to facilitate the entire process from drilling to fixture placement.
Additionally, the step drill enhances surgical accuracy and convenience by allowing for consecutive drilling to secure the guide section. The stent is made of USP Class 6 certified material, which, due to its excellent strength, can be applied in a non-sleeve type.

Surgical Convenience
The Simple Kit features a Ø3.0 sleeve hole to minimize planning constraints caused by adjacent teeth interference. There are three types of sleeves: Ti Sleeve, Non Sleeve, and Open Sleeve. When a sleeve cannot be used due to a small gap between teeth, the Non Sleeve can be applied. If there is a restriction on the distance between the maxillary and mandible in the posterior site, the Open Sleeve allows for fixture placement without any restriction.
Moreover, with a guide height of 9.3mm (including the 4mm sleeve thickness), it can be more easily used in the posterior part, which is less accessible than other areas. It also provides a stable and accurate guide during flapless surgery. The flat drill can be used on narrow ridges and irregular alveolar bone to create a flattened alveolar bone. It can also be used to prevent bone interruption that might occur during the second stage of surgery.
Furthermore, the IOS Scanning Jig, which functions both as a digital impression and a healing abutment, is about to be launched. Made of PEEK materials for superior strength and color, the scanning jig features a concave design on the G/H part, making it suitable for use with customized abutments.
With the Guided Surgery system, users can perform the most accurate and fastest surgeries, providing satisfaction to both patients and clinicians due to its functional value.
